The sculpture will be placed at Cattail Crossing. The base is made of concrete, masonry, stucco, which is four feet long and two feet high with a pattern on front to simulate layered limestone formation. Anchored to the top of this base will be a 45-inch diameter metal ring, which will be welded metal rods suggesting the motion of water and welded to that will be metal (silver and blue) fish to create the appearance of fish schooling together. There will be some kinetic aspects to it with a few tail (fin) waggers.
