Visit more than 35 art galleries, restaurants and businesses for First Friday Art Walk festivities in Pueblo’s Creative Corridor beginning at 5 p.m. August 7. Create your own walking tour around the Corridor loop using a free Creative Corridor Explorer’s Guide, or ride the VanGO Art Shuttle for free, convenient travel with step-on, step-off service. The free Explorer’s guide is available in galleries and participating businesses, and includes a plan of activities and a map. Many of the Corridor’s art galleries and cozy shops will host special demonstrations of “live art activities,” in addition to newly hung shows, refreshments, live music and entertainment. The fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus has it “principle” Patriotism and focuses on charitable activities that are patriotic in nature.
