COA report

Panel OKs plans for 23 new homes, two duplexes The Pueblo West Committee of Architecture at its Feb. 24 meeting approved building and landscape plans for 23 new homes, two duplexes and one commercial building.

A complete list of other actions taken - variances, continuances, and permits for fences, barns, additions and other structures - is available for public inspection at the COA administrative office at metro district headquarters, 109 E. Industrial Blvd.

The COA meets at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month in the board room at the district's administrative center. The meetings are open to the public.
