Desert Hawk Dental office in Pueblo West is moving just a stone’s throw from its current office, but will offer a wide variety of new technology, more privacy and improved care options in a new office.
Christopher Liontas, D.D.S., and his staff gathered last week with their families to celebrate the groundbreaking for their new office. Construction is slated to start this week with a completion date in early spring.
Currently, the office is at S. Orchard Springs Dr., connected to other office buildings. The new building will be freestanding just to the south, at 360 S. Orchard Springs Dr.
“I’m looking forward to the ease of treatment and that things will be simpler and even more accurate in the new office,” said Liontas. “We’ll have room for new technology for imaging and implants.”
The office will have implant services, IV sedation, cosmetic dentistry and an in-house denture lab, in addition to typical dentistry. Liontas said implants will be easier and less painful than before.
He purchased the dental practice in October of 2009 and business has continued to grow enough that they’re running out of space in the current location.
The new building will also feature more privacy for each chair and patient.
Pueblo West contractor Chad P. Pulsifer (Construction Inc.) is the general contractor for the building.
Information about the practice is available at www.deserthawkdental.com, and there is also a Facebook page. Building updates and office announcements are posted on the Facebook page.
