Around P-Dub: Leadership Institute applicants sought

Women in grades 10-12 are invited to apply to be part of the first ever Leadership Institute at the Pueblo City-County Library District, a fundraiser for the Pueblo Library Foundation.

This program is for those who want to learn how to be a leader, create positive change in the community, speak in public and get a head start for life after high school.

The application form is available online at http://www.pueblolibrary.org/leadershipinstitute.

Applications are due Friday, Jan. 13 to Midori Clark at Rawlings Library, 100 E. Abriendo Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004 or midori.clark@pueblolibrary.org.

This will be a life-changing opportunity to make friends, learn about leadership and impact the lives of Pueblo’s citizenry through supporting the public library.

Orientation is in January and the meetings will be held once a month from February through June.

Proceeds benefit the Pueblo Library Foundation’s endowment fund.

For more information, call 562-5605.
